For orders with a subtotal under $100, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. The delivery time for these orders is similar to our standard shipping, typically taking 7 business days.
Free Promotional Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders $100 or more for the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Please note that processing and transit times for free shipping may be longer, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. We recommend allowing 7-10 business days for delivery with this option.
Expedited & Premium Shipping
Estimated delivery dates for expedited shipping will be provided at checkout. While we will assist in resolving any delays caused by the carrier, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for such delays, as this depends on the carrier’s policies.
Holidays & Weather Delays
Please be aware that shipping carriers observe national holidays, which may impact delivery times. The Wool Merchants is not responsible for delays caused by holidays or inclement weather, so we encourage customers to plan accordingly.
International Shipping

Fabric Packaging & Roll Shipping
Orders may be shipped in single-fold rolls, double-fold rolls, or folded and boxed. The method of packaging is determined based on fabric care, shipping costs, and logistics. While we try to accommodate specific preferences, we cannot guarantee a particular packaging method. By placing an order, you agree to accept the packaging chosen by our fulfillment team.
